The item is unworn and in its original condition, with all tags still attached

The item has the returns ribbons still secured (only applicable on selected styles)

The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tans)

The item has hygiene stickers still in place (Bodysuits, Swimwear, and Undergarments)

Earrings and Underwear Accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
A receipt and proof of purchase are available

The VELV reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit or items that are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be returned to the customer, and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by The VELV.
Due to the complex nature of our returns network, The VELV is not liable for any items received back that are not from The VELV. They may not be returned to you. Please process your return carefully, ensuring the correct label is attached. Please note that returns are for an available store credit or refund.
