WA and NT are automatically sent via Express Post* and are usually 2-4 days.
You will be sent a tracking number for your order once shipped so that you can trace your parcel.
*The VELV reserves the right to rescind the complimentary express upgrade for individuals unfairly using our services. For instance, excessive order cancellations/returns make it unfeasible for us to continue to extend this complimentary service.
Orders placed before 2 pm on Tuesday-Friday are generally shipped the same day, excluding particularly busy periods.
Express Post orders are always given priority.
Please also note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Unfortunately, due to the current tariffs imposed by the US, we are unable to ship orders to the USA at the moment.
This delivery is fully traceable with your tracking number.
